On Monday November 14th, 2016 around 12:36am the QuikTrip located at 1617 West 51st Street was robbed by two young black males. One of the suspects was wearing a gray Nike hooded sweatshirt and black shorts. Both suspects lingered in the store until customers cleared out. The suspect in the gray hooded shirt walked up to the counter and pulled a black semi-automatic handgun out of his hoodie front pocket. Suspect pointed the gun at the teller demanding money. A small amount of cash was taken and both suspects fled out of the eastside doors and ran northeast of the store.
The second suspect was a black male with long hair, possible dreads, tall, skinny and wore a black hooded shirt and black pants. The identity of suspects is unknown.
