On November 8th, 2017 around 5:15am an unknown individual was captured on video surveillance stealing various items from a business in the area of 2200 N Harvard Ave. The individual then returns the next night to the same location stealing several more items from the business.
The male subject is described as a white male with dirty blonde or light brown hair wearing all black. He appears to be mid to late 20’s, slim build, with possible facial hair.
