On November 26th, 2017 around 10:30am, an unknown female committed a robbery with a dangerous weapon in the parking lot of a business in the area of 1700 S Yale Ave. The suspect approached the victim as she was exiting her vehicle and grabbed her purse. When the victim began to scream and struggle, the suspect produced a pocket knife and stabbed the victim one time in the forearm. The suspect then grabbed the purse and left the scene in a vehicle.

The female suspect is described as a black female, 5’04”-5’06” tall, 170-180 pounds, and between the ages of 30-35 years old.  She was last seen getting into a black 2005-2010 Chevy Cobalt with a rear spoiler. The vehicle is missing all but the driver’s side rear hubcap and there is a trash bag on the rear passenger side wing window. The driver is described as a black male with a bald head. The female passenger can be seen wearing a black t-shirt with white design on the front which can be seen in video surveillance.
