Over the past several months an unknown black male, and the group of people he works with, have stolen several thousands of dollars in gasoline and diesel fuel rips. The unknown male is the main person of interest in these gasoline thefts. Although they have used several vehicles when committing these crimes, the Red Expedition with silver rims has been used multiple times and appears to be the person of interest’s vehicle.
