On August 18, 2016 around 1:30 am, the victim’s vehicle was parked at the QT at 31st St. and Highway 169. While the victim was putting air into his tires, a suspect walked up to the vehicle climbed into the driver’s seat and drove off. The victim’s dog was inside the vehicle when it was stolen. The vehicle and dog have been found and returned to the owner; however, we need your help in identifying this person of interest.
